Welcome to Altitude ("Service"), operated by Altitude Labs Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using reachaltitude.xyz and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Description

Altitude provides blockchain infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

Private RPC node access
Copy trading bots
Validator services
Custom blockchain tooling
Enhanced RPC services
API access for blockchain interactions

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

To use our infrastructure services (API, RPC, etc.), you need to register with an email address. We may request additional information for invoicing purposes, but this information is only used for business operations and not for any other purposes. For our trading app and bots, authentication is available via Telegram account or Web3 wallet connection.

3.2 API Usage

Users are responsible for:

Securing their API keys and access credentials
Using the Service in compliance with applicable laws
Not attempting to breach, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
Not interfering with service to any other users

3.3 Rate Limits and Fair Usage

Our service plans come with predefined rate limits. We expect fair usage of our services, which means not sharing access with unauthorized parties and not attempting to circumvent established limits. We reserve the right to implement rate limits on API calls and other services to ensure fair usage across our platform.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
Implement maintenance windows that may temporarily affect availability
Update these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our website

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to code, design, text, and logos, are owned by Altitude Labs Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Altitude Labs Limited and its employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HONG KONG, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
